There are many different definition of mindfulness. A very beautiful and clear one is from Thich Nhat Hanh, the famous Zen Buddhist monk and peace activist who states:
“I define Mindfulness as the practice of being fully present and alive, body and mind united. Mindfulness is the energy that helps us to know what is going on in the present moment.”
Meditation is one of the best tool to practice mindfulness.
During his quest to find happiness, Benjamin realized that mindfulness and meditation are the most powerful tools to reach his goal. Benjamin had his first meditation experience in 2008 and he has been practising every day since 2010. Inspired by those universal tools, Benjamin is exploring the different ways to practice mindfulness across the globe with modern science and ancestral tradition (positive psychology, neuroscience, buddhist, yogic, taoist etc).
Benjamin became a mindfulness and meditation teacher through his travels in the eastern world.

Benjamin practiced yoga since several years. After experiencing different kinds of yoga, Benjamin found his favorite, Sivananda yoga. In 2013, Benjamin became a certified yoga teacher (200 hrs Yoga Alliance) at its source in India at Chandra Yoga International.
